• To calculate delivery fees based on your address
• To manage your membership plan, if you have one
• To contact you about your order (SMS, WhatsApp, phone or email)
• To improve the site and our service

• Our payment processor (KPay), to process card payments and refunds
• Our database provider (Supabase), which securely hosts our order and customer data
• Our delivery drivers, limited to what's needed to complete your delivery

Your information is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Payment card details are handled directly by KPay's PCI-DSS compliant systems — they never pass through or sit on our own servers.

6. Cookies

We use basic browser storage to remember things like your cart and login email — this stays on your device and isn't used to track you across other websites.
