1. Who we are

Haidar's Choice is a trading name of Haidar Company Pty Ltd (ABN 69629375837), operating from 1 Park St, Sefton Park SA 5083, Australia. You can reach us on (08) 7083 8343 or via the contact details on this site.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we can't verify payment or delivery details. If we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable (fresh, unprocessed food is generally GST-free under Australian tax law; packaged/processed items may include GST). We take reasonable care to keep prices accurate, but errors can occur — if a genuine pricing error is found before your order is fulfilled, we'll contact you before charging the corrected price.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including card payments processed by our payment provider, KPay). Card details are handled directly by KPay's secure payment systems — we do not store your full card number on our servers.

5. Delivery and click & collect

Delivery fees are distance-based, calculated from our store at 1 Park St, Sefton Park, and shown before you complete checkout. We deliver up to 50km — beyond that, click & collect is the only option. The fee is waived once your order subtotal reaches that distance band's free threshold (same-day delivery is the exception — see below).

Same-day delivery has an order-by cutoff time that gets earlier the further you are (e.g. 7:00 PM for the closest band, down to 1:00 PM for the furthest) — shown live at checkout for your address. Unlike standard delivery, the same-day fee is only waived once your order reaches doublethat band's standard free threshold.

Estimated delivery/collection times are our best estimate, not a guarantee — delays can occur due to traffic, weather, stock availability or high order volume.

6. Product availability and substitutions

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but availability can change quickly, especially for fresh produce, meat and seafood. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, a refund for that item, or cancellation of the affected line.

7. Membership plans

Membership plans (Regular / Premium / VIP) are optional recurring subscriptions offering product discounts and a set number of included free deliveries per month, as described on our Membership page. Advertised discount ranges (1–3% / 2–5% / 3–7%) vary by product — some products carry a different admin-set rate, and your real discount always shows at checkout.

Launch pricing:new members currently pay a reduced price for their first 3 billing periods (currently advertised on the Membership page), after which the plan automatically continues at its regular price unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.

8. Refunds

Our refund process is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Your privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products. This does not exclude or limit any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example as we add new features like membership billing or new payment methods. The current version always applies; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the changes.
